Oregon Drops First Game of Season 10-1 vs Hawaii
The Oregon Ducks sent Trent Paddon to the mound for his first start of the season and did not last two innings. For the first time this season Oregon gave up double digit runs. It was a 10-1 loss for the Ducks after a 2-0 start against Hawaii.

Paddon gave up five runs in the first inning and another three in the second before Head Coach George Horton took him out of the game. He allowed seven runs on five hits and faced just eleven batters in the game. One bright spot in the game continued to be the performance of Mitchell Tolman
Tolman went 2-4 with an RBI in the loss and has been key to Oregon’s early success this season. He has gone five for ten in thirteen plate appearances this season so far. The four game series finale against Hawaii is set for Monday at 3:05pm Pacific Time.
Oregon will send Senior Jack Karraker to the mound for his first start of the season. The Ducks then return home to PK Park for a four game series against New Mexico. The home opener is set for 6pm Pacific Time on Thursday night. Game 2 of the series is Friday at 6 with Game 3 Saturday at 2pm and the Finale on Sunday at Noon.
