NCAA Tournament: Oregon and Oklahoma State Set for 3:50pm PT Tipoff Thursday

On Sunday afternoon, the Oregon Ducks learned they will be playing Oklahoma State in the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament starting on Friday. The First Round begins tonight with the First Four. If the Ducks can get past the second round they would likely face Wisconsin in a rematch of last season’s Sweet 16 game.

The Oregon Ducks

will tipoff at 3:50pm Pacific Time

(TBS) on Friday from Omaha, Nebraska. The winner will face the winner of Wisconsin and Coastal Carolina which is set to tipoff at 6:20 pm Pacific Time.

Other Pac-12 Matchups in early games this weekend include SMU and UCLA on Thursday at 12:10pm Pacific time, Arizona and Texas Southern at 11:10am Pacific Time on Thursday, and Utah and Stephen F. Austin from Portland at 4:27 Pacific Time on Thursday.

Oregon will play in the NCAA Tournament for the third consecutive season and has an advantage on Friday in winning twelve of their last fourteen games. Oklahoma State comes in losing seven of their last eight games and this time around will not have Marcus Smart, who graduated. Oregon has Joseph Young who did not play for the Ducks when they last met in the NCAA Tournament two seasons ago in an Oregon win.
