USA Today Mock Draft 3.0: Mariota to Titans, Armstead To San Francisco

The 2015 National Football League Draft is just a few weeks away and in the latest prediction, USA Today in their latest ‘Mock Draft’ have two former Oregon Ducks being taken in the first round. There has been a ton of speculation where Marcus Mariota would land, and that conversation will continue until he is taken. A handful of teams have worked out the Heisman Trophy Winner including most recently the San Diego Chargers.

USA Today sees Mariota going second in the Draft to Tennessee and former Florida State QB Jamies Winston heading to Tampa Bay as the first pick. One name making the first round may surprise some.

Former Defensive Lineman Arik Armstead makes an appearance in the first round of the Mock Draft being taken by the San Francisco 49ers with the fifteenth overall pick. Some other highlights include former Alabama Wideout Amari Cooper heading to Oakland, former Washington Defensive Tackle Danny Shelton heading to Cleveland, and former USC Wide Receiver Tyson Agholor heading to the New Orleans Saints.

The Philadelphia Eagles will likely remain in their position with the twentieth overall pick in the Draft and choose a Safety from the Crimson Tide in Landon Collins.

The 2015 NFL Draft kicks off with the first round in Primetime on April 30th starting at 5pm Pacific Time.
