Jordan was the number three overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft. It was rumored that Jordan may have been traded to Philadelphia to join his former Coach in Chip Kelly for this season which will not happen now. A reuniting with his former coach could have helped Jordan in a big way to get his head back in to the NFL game. This is Jordan’s second offense in the NFL and the penalty is for the entire upcoming season. He was a no-show at Monday’s voluntary workout program and the team had no comment concerning the former Duck.
He has had just forty six tackles and three sacks in twenty-six games in his NFL Career that has never really had the opportunity to take off due to personal issues off the field. While at Oregon, Jordan did not become a household name until his Senior Year, but was a key player for the Ducks in 2012. He had forty-four total tackles and had three forced fumbles in twelve games.
