Brown broke his leg and the injury was as serious as it looked at the time. It could have ended in an amputation which would have ended his playing career, but now he will look to get back on the field with Oregon in 2015 after seven months of rehabilitation.
In his junior year he was the go to outlet for Quarterback Marcus Mariota and caught a ball in every game he appeared in, except one and was accountable for twenty-five catches and just over five hundred yards of total offense before the injury that ended his season early.
Brown was the lone All-American listed on the Offensive side of the ball. Linebacker Scooby Wright III of Arizona and USC Linebackber Su’a Cravens were named on Defense in the Pac-12.
Pharoah Brown and the Oregon Ducks kickoff the 2015 season on Saturday, September 5th hosting Eastern Washington at Autzen Stadium. Kickoff is set for 5pm Pacific Time on Pac-12 Network.
