Norvell is the top player out of the state of Illinios and the hometown Illini are the pick from 247Sports to land him, but he does carry interest from around the Big Ten including Michigan State and Purdue.

. He was visited twice in February and March from Illinois so if anyone else wants his services, it appears they will have to battle it out with the Illini.
Oregon is off to a quiet start for the Basketball Class of 2016 with a hard commitment from Small Forward Keith Smith.
