Dicks Sporting Goods has named former Oregon Ducks Quarterback Marcus Mariota as the top selling NFL Player Jersey for Rookies so far this season. The NFL Preseason has come to an end and the regular season begins this week. I would expect the number to fluctuate throughout the season, but number one is a good place to start.

According to the Dick’s Sporting Goods Jersey Report, Tampa Bay Rookie Jamies Winston is ranked second among rookies. In the overall Offensive rankings, Mariota and Winston appear just outside the top ten at 10th and 11th respectively. Odell Beckham Jr takes the top spot followed by Andrew Luck and DeMarco Murray in the top three. Seattle Seahawks Quarterback Russell Wilson ranks sixth on the Offensive category list.

Several other former Oregon Ducks also made the list. Linebacker Kiko Alonso came in at 46th. Kansas City Chiefs Linebacker Justin Houston saw his number jump one-hundred twenty six spots on the list, likely from his sack of Mariota last week getting so much attention.

On the overall list, Marcus Mariota sits just outside the top ten to begin the regular season at 12. In his first four preseason games, Mariota has completed seventy percent of his passes. Oregon fans can only hope his first official year finds the same success on the field. The former Oregon Ducks Quarterback will take his first snap under center in a game that counts this Sunday at 1:25 Pacific Time when Tennessee travels to Tampa Bay for the first game of the NFL Season.
