On Sunday it was announced that the Oregon Ducks will face Utah on Saturday for a 5:45pm Pacific Time Kickoff on FOX. The game will be the third announced ‘evening’ kickoff for the team this season following late kickoffs for the opener against Eastern Washington, and the late kickoff against Michigan State in East Lansing. Once again, this season, the teams popularity is likely playing a part in the Big Game Primetime selection process. (The Ducks did get a reprieve last weekend with an 11am Pacific time kick against Georgia State.)

The rest of the schedule aside from Arizona State(7:30pm PT, ESPN) on October 29th and the Civil War with Oregon State(Noon, FOX/Fox Sports 1) November 27th, will likely be chosen within the twelve or six day selection window.

Oregon began the season averaging sixty-one points per game against Eastern Washington and Georgia State. The lone loss was a three point defeat on the road at Michigan State. Backup Quarterback Jeff Lockie had his first career start over the weekend and threw two touchdown passes. The Oregon Ducks Defense had two interceptions courtesy of Tyree Robinson and a forced fumble returned for a score from Joe Walker. With the positive results, there is still work to do.

The Oregon Ducks Secondary gave up three-hundred eighteen yards through the air to Georgia State. Pac-12 play begins as Oregon hosts Utah this weekend. Again, kickoff set for 5:45pm Pacific Time on FOX.
