The Tennessee Titans had a chance in the end to win the game, but for the second year in a row the loss ended with their Quarterback being sacked. This year it was Marcus Mariota who had a chance to win it on the final play, but found himself on the turf in Jacksonville as the Titans fell 19-13 while the Jaguars are now within striking distance of first place in the very poor AFC South.
Believe it or not, the Tennessee Titans can still earn a playoff berth, but they will need to win. They face the Jaguars again, at home in Tennessee in two weeks. For the game, Mariota was 22 for 25 in the game and threw for 231 yards. It was not a bad game for the former Oregon Quarterback. Wide Receiver Delanie Walker was over 100 yards receiving catching 8 receptions for 109 yards without a touchdown.

Tennessee is now 2-8 on the season, but they are a winning streak away from post season contention. The Titans will host Oakland in ten days on November 29th before Jacksonville visits Nissan Stadium the following week. Marcus Mariota has been solid on the road throwing for ten touchdowns this season and no interceptions.
