It may come as a surprise to some, but not so much others. Quarterback Seth Green has flipped his recruitment from the Oregon Ducks and toward the Big Ten and Minnesota. His reasoning was simple, according to 247Sports. It was the departure of Offensive Coordinator Scott Frost that led to the decision. Green made the announcement on Twitter over the weekend.

On the same day that Green made his announcement, another Big Ten Commit, and dual threat Quarterback Tristen Wallace also changed his commitment from Ohio State to Oregon. Wallace visited UCLA over the weekend and decided that Eugene was the place for him for several reasons according to 247Sports, “I chose Oregon for the offense, the education and coaching staff.”

Tristen Wallace is a 4-star recruit who may see himself on the field at Autzen Stadium sooner rather than later. According to the report he can play multiple positions on Offense from Quarterback to Running Back to Wide Receiver. He is six foot three and has 4.5 speed, something that Oregon certainly likes to see. He is the 19th commitment for the Class of 2016 for the Oregon Ducks.
