The Pac-12 Conference released the 2016 College Football Schedule on Tuesday and for the Oregon Ducks the schedule features six home games at Autzen Stadium and six games on the road. Mark Helfrich and Company will again face USC and Stanford, but the Trojans are on the road and USC is at home in back to back games. The Utah Utes will also host the Oregon Ducks before the regular season comes to a close with a Civil War in Corvallis vs Oregon State. All four games will be played in November.
The schedule is a mirror of the 2015 season in the Pac-12 Conference with home and road teams swapping spots in the second of the two year cycle of current matchups. The Oregon Ducks will also host UC Davis and Virginia and travel to Lincoln to face Nebraska in a Pac-12/Big Ten matchup that will feature former Oregon State Beavers Head Coach Mike Riley in the final week of the non-conference slate.
Oregon will wrap up the 2016 home season hosting the Stanford Cardinal on November 12th in a game that could decide the Pac-12 North once again. The final two games are on the road at Utah and visiting Oregon State. The Pac-12 Championship Game will take place again in Santa Clara at Levi’s Stadium on Friday, December 2nd 2016. Oregon will meet Cal at Levi’s Stadium on the lone Friday night of the regular season on October 21st.
