Dana Altman and the Oregon Ducks have won three straight games including a big road win over SEC Foe Alabama on Monday.
There have been several times this season where questions arose concerning the injuries for the Oregon Ducks Men’s Basketball team and how it would effect things moving forward. On the road against Alabama on Monday night he was 7 for 11 from the field and had 15 points a career high. Oregon was down 12 points at halftime and rallied in the second half to take the lead thanks in part to Dylan Brooks and Tyler Dorsey. The Ducks had four players in double figures led by the 25 points from Brooks. For the game Dana Altman saw his team remain hit from the charity stripe hitting 80 percent of their shots.
Oregon was even for turnovers in the game. The Ducks had nine turnovers, but also had nine steals against the Crimson Tide. Alabama had 14 turnovers and fall to 7-3 on the year. Of course this was a big win for Oregon, but come March we may know the full impact of the win. Right now it may not mean that much, but if Alabama has a decent season in the SEC it could mean a lot more considering it was also a road win.
