If there is a team that is dangerous in the Women’s College game right now it is the Oregon Ducks. After starting the 2015 season undefeated in non-conference action, the team started 0-5 in Pac-12 play. They could have been left for dead but have rebounded to get back to a 6-6 mark and now have the momentum to make a move in the Conference and to also make a move toward an NCAA Tournament bid. Maite Cazorla has been solid at the Point Guard Position and was named Pac-12 Player of the Week last week in part for her effort on the road against the Washington schools.

Oregon found themselves down 17 points and not only came back from the deficit, but won the game. Now, Oregon faces Utah at home on Friday night at Matthew Knight Arena. The game can be looked at as a must win for Oregon. The Utes enter at 14-9 and are tied at 6-6 with Oregon in the middle of the Pac-12 Conference. Katie Kuklok is hitting her shots from beyond the arc at over 44 percent and will be one to watch on Friday night. Of course the Oregon Ducks also have Lexi Petersen and Lexi Bando who can also hit a three point shot when needed.
