Oregon will have five players this week in Indy. The player that I will be watching is Vernon Adams, Jr. The former Oregon Starting Quarterback led the team to a 9-4 record and showed time and time again that he had the ‘it’ factor that at times during the 2015 season allowed him to show his instinct and ability to extend plays. According to Kiper, the former Oregon Ducks Quarterback is a Day 2 or Day 3 player. He could make himself some money with a solid performance this weekend at the NFL Combine.
I’d say 3rd round is the best case scenario, [more realistically] 4th or 5th round. I think the Senior Bowl really helped him. When Adams was healthy, [Oregon] was on a whole other level offensively. He’s got a chance.

Adams led the Oregon Ducks to a 9-4 mark in 2015 and left the Valero Alamo Bowl with a big lead. He did not return in the second half and the Ducks fell apart and lost the game vs TCU. Vernon Adams returned to the field in the Senior Bowl and shined with three touchdown passes and will have that to build on for the NFL Combine this weekend.
