The Oregon Ducks have been without Pharoah Brown on the field for over a year and half. The Oregon Tight End was injured in Utah two seasons ago in one of the more horrific injuries on the field at Rice-Eccles Stadium. Fast Forward past surgeries and rehab and Brown is now ready to get back on the field for the Oregon Ducks. He has word hard through Spring Practice and he has been cleared for contact according to the Register Guard.
Brown did not waste much time in Monday’s scrimmage making a reception and moving past several defenders before he was tackled. He has matured and become a leader on the field and continues to impress his coaches. The injury was considered career threatening and involved several ligaments as he planted one direction and his knee went the other back in 2014 against the Utes.
Brown was in the throws of his comeback last season as he was seen in the late part of the season running springs pre-game at Autzen Stadium before the Ducks played their final games of the year at home. I would expect that we will have the chance to see Pharoah Brown this week in the Annual Spring Game. If he makes an on-field appearance he will get a standing ovation from the crowd.

The Oregon Ducks Senior could find himself as a big part of the Oregon Offense this Fall and he will certainly be a storyline to follow throughout the Summer. The 2016 Spring Game is set for Saturday, April 30th at Autzen Stadium(11am Pacific Time, Pac-12 Networks)
