The NBA Combine is next week and there is some interest for some Oregon Ducks, including Elgin Cook and Dillon Brooks. Cook made the invite list and Brooks made the list as an alternate according to ESPN. If one of the invites does not pan out, Brooks could find his way to the NBA Combine.
Gary Payton II from Oregon State and Utah Utes Jared Poeltl also recieved invites from the Pac-12 Conference.
If you had to look to the leaders of the 205-16 Oregon Ducks, Elgin Cook and Dillon Brooks were at the top of the list. Both were key role players in the Oregon Ducks run to the Elite 8 of the NCAA Tournament and as a first ever number one seed. Elgin Cook has graduated from the program, and has used all of his eligibility. Brooks and Dorsey have both declared for the NBA Draft, but have until May 25th to decide on their future. I expect both to return to the Oregon Ducks Basketball team next season.
