To start the day for Oregon the team finished second in their heat in the 4×100 and the momentum carried from there as Annie LaBlanc(1500 Meters), Sasha Wallace(110 Meter Hurdles), and Arianna Washingtn(100 Meters) all qualified for the Finals on Saturday.

One big name on Thursday that also came through for a Saturday Final was Raevyn Rogers. She was not a top finisher in the 800 meters, but did well enough to qualify for Saturday and may be saving some energy for a shot at another NCAA Championship.

Arkansas has the Team lead with 26 points and Oregon is well behind with just 6 points after Brittany Mann finished fifth in the Shotput on Thursday night. The Ducks could have helped themselves with a solid run in the 4×400 to close out Thursday, but dropped the baton on the first handoff and missed qualifying for the Saturday final in that event.

On the Men’s side, the Oregon Ducks saw the conclusion of the Men’s Decathalon. Joe Delgado ran away with the final event in the Men’s 1500 Meters. Delgado finished 14th with Mitch Modin one spot ahead of him in 13th. Neither added any points to the Ducks Team Total of 19 on the Men’s side.
