2016 Olympic Trials: Brianne Thiesen-Eaton To Represent Team Canada In Heptathalon
Former Oregon Heptathalete Brianne Theissn-Eaton will join her husband Ashton Eaton in Rio De Janeiro for the 2016 Summer Olympic Games.

Ashton Eaton put in the work on day two and three of the Olympic Trials in Eugene. Brianne Thiesen-Eaton has also been putting in the work North of the Border. The Canadian Resident will compete with Team Canada in the Heptathalon at the Olympics as the Track and Field Power Couple will again travel to another Olympic Games and compete for their respective countries.
Thiesen-Eaton is one of 315 athletes that Team Canada will send to Rio De Janeiro. She did not place for a medal in the 2012 Summer Games in London and has been working hard to get back. This should prove a great opportunity.

Ashton Eaton set a World Record in 2012 at the Olympic Trials in Eugene. He took the gold medal in London for the Decathalon. He returns to the Olympics looking to become just the third heptathalete in History to earn back to back gold medals in the event.
