According to CBS Sports, the deal is for two years with the Indiana Pacers. Aaron Brooks has spent the last two seasons in Chicago averaging just over seven points and over fifteen minutes per game off the bench. He is expected to be on the bench with the Indiana Pacers as well, but the change of scenery could allow him to become a better all around player, especially with a former Oregon Duck on the roster.
Brooks joins Joseph Young, who has had a full season in the NBA and will begin his second year with the Indiana Pacers. During the 2015-16 Regular Season off the bench Young hit 37 percent of his shots, 21 percent from three point range and showed he could be a valuable future asset to the Indiana Pacers.
