The Oregon Ducks Football team will find themselves down one member of the Offense this season. Mike Miller, a transfer from Boise State last Fall. He redshirted in 2015, but the love of the game was starting to be lost from health problems according to a Tweet from Miller on Monday.
Miller could have added some depth on the Offensive Line in 2016 which saw its share if injury and inexperience in recent years. In the Scrimmage on Monday, which had some sloppy moments on both sides of the ball the Offensive Line did a solid job according to Quarterback Dakota Prukop who spoke following practice.
The scrimmage took place inside Autzen Stadium rather than on the Practice Fields. While the Oregon Offensive Line has gained considerable experience in both Spring and Fall Camp there are still some questions about whether they can handle an entire season and remain healthy. Starter Jake Piscarsek was seen limping after practice earlier this week, but bumps and bruises happen in Training Camp.
One can hope the bumps and bruises heal in time for the start of the season which is now quickly approaching. The Oregon Ducks host UC Davis on Saturday, Setpember 3rd(2pm Pacific Time, Pac-12 Networks)
