More from Autzen Zoo

The Oregon Football team enters this season with plenty of questions to answer, and many of those will begin to see at least a response on Saturday afternoon at Autzen Stadium. Offensive Lineman Tyrell Crosby may not play in the opener with a foot injury and the Defense may end the afternoon with addiitional questions

Dakota Prukop is not looking at all the questions, but he also knows he is part of the answer,  “They are looking to come and make an upset…I know this team is not going to lay down. The level of play is not that much of a difference in my opinion…we’re going to be ready.”

The Oregon Offense has some new faces, but the overall pace should be similar to what Oregon fans have been accustomed to over the last several seasons, “Our tempo is always 100 miles per hour..We’re not slowing down. If anything we’ll pick up the tempo even more.” It will be fun to see what David Yost brings to the table as far as the scheme and how he uses the multitude of weapons that Prukop will have at his disposal.

Entering his final season of College Football, his confidence has built over the Spring and Summer. Now is the time for him to lead Oregon through a schedule with challenges both early and late, “This is the most excited I’ve been for a season…I’m excited to play inside Autzen Stadium. I don’t feel any hype about game week or anything. It feels normal.”
