Oregon Football Recruiting: Taggart Offers His Son, Willie Taggart Jr.
The Oregon Football team has always been a family, but Head Coach Willie Taggart could add new meaning to the word in a few seasons after offering his son, 2020 QB Willie Taggart Jr.
Head Coach Willie Taggart has yet to coach his first game at Oregon, but his son received a special gift from his Dad. Most schools are focused on the Classes of 2018a nd 2019, but Taggart looked way ahead and gave an offer to his son.

Taggart is young and still growing currently at 6 foot and 146 pounds. He is following his father’s footsteps and is considered a top notch dual threat Quarterback in the Class of 2020. The younger Taggart said he will use the Oregon Football offer as motivation. Willie Taggart Jr is just 15 years old and is aware of his last name and what it stands for.
He is also living with a younger sister who looks up to him. According to the Oregonian, Willie Taggart Senior will be moving the family to Eugene over the summer and the younger Taggart will be one of the young athletes making local headlines for his play in High school.
Spring Practice for the 2017 Oregon Football team begins on April 5th.
