Oregon Ducks In The NFL: Kenjon Barner Signs With Los Angeles Chargers
Former Oregon Ducks Running Back Kenjon Barner found a new home with the Los Angeles Chargers.
Barner signed a one-year deal and saw opportunity on the West Coast. Los Angeles recently lost Danny Woodhead in Free Agency. While Barner has averaged just over four yards per carry in his NFL Career, the depth chart and injuries have not allowed him to reach his full potential.
Last season with the Philadelphia Eagles he saw the first touchdown of his Professional Career. Barner was drafted by the Carolina Panthers before heading to Philadelphia for two seasons and now signing and looking for a fresh start in Los Angeles.

Kenjon Barner was stuck behind three Starting Running Backs in Philly, but found success in the return game. He rushed for 127 yards and two touchdowns last season before landing on injured reserve. He has had several injury issues throughout his young NFL Career, but the return game may be the best starting spot on the rotation for Barner with the Rams.
The former Duck is averaging a solid 4.4 yards per carry throughout his career. During the 2015 Preseason Barner put on a show with back to back touchdowns returns against Indianapolis and Baltimore.
