Oregon Football under Head Coach Willie Taggart has provided some excitement so far and with the number of commitments following the Spring Game the future appears bright in Eugene.
When over 36,000 fans show up to watch a Spring Scrimmage and the Oregon Ducks have more than a handful of recruits on hand to watch what the team has in store for 2017 something special happens. Recruits pay attention to not only the little things but also the Coaching Staff.
The Staff that Taggart has put together in Eugene has the chance to become the best in College Football. Recruiting is key and Taggart showed that once he arrived, doing his best to salvage the Class of 2017. Now entering Summer he has shown that he and his staff can build toward the future.

At last count, seven recruits committed to the Oregon Football team since the Spring Game, including a big get from Florida in a former Oregon Recruit in Isaiah Bolden. He is now back in the fold and the Oregon Coaching Staff is a big reason why. Several of them took the time to visit him in Florida and the ‘comfort’ factor had a lot to do with flipping him from Florida State.
The numbers are big for the Oregon Football Class of 2018. Including Bolden, there are five 4-Stars and a high 3-Star that are now in the fold. The Defense will see the biggest impact with Bolden, a Cornerback along with Athlete Jevon Holland, Linebacker Adrian Jackson, and Defensive Back Steve Stephens.
Offensively Oregon already has Running Back Travis Dye and adds Jamal Elliott from Durham, North Carolina another 4-Star athlete. Oregon also added commitments from Offensive Lineman Dawson Jaramillo, and Tight End Spencer Webb.
