Seattle Seahawks Dion Jordan Delayed By Another Knee Surgery
Former Oregon Defensive End Dion Jordan has had his third knee surgery in the last two seasons, delaying his time on the field.
Dion Jordan has not had an easy go if it in the National Football League. From suspensions to knee surgeries, he has not had much opportunity to show why he was a first-round NFL Draft Pick by the Dolphins.

Now, he has a fresh start and was signed last month with the Seattle Seahawks for one year. On Tuesday, Jordan underwent surgery to ‘clean out’ his knee from some loose bodies that were causing discomfort according to the Oregonian.
He had the surgery last month and the need for it was known before he signed a one-year deal with Seattle. The Seahawks had hope for the former Oregon Defensive End to see the field in 2017, primarily as a backup to Michael Bennett.
For a player who has been sidelined the last two seasons, in what should have been the ‘Prime’ of his career, it is not known if he has what it takes to get back on the field. This is the wildcard of the whole scenario. He has missed two seasons in total with injuries.

Jordan’s time in Miami has been unimpressive. He has seen just 26 games making a single start and recording just three sacks. In his first season, he was recovering from a torn labrum suffered toward the end of his final season with the Oregon Ducks.
