Oregon Football has made recruiting in the State of California a priority and it is starting to pay off in a big way.

The Oregon Ducks had a big weekend of recruiting that started with the addition of their fourth Graduate Transfer for 2018 in Dallas Warmack. On Sunday night, the top all-purpose Running Back for the Class of 2019, Sean Dollars and the number six overall Cornerback for the 2019 Class Jeremiah Cridell both announced their commitment to Oregon Football.

Oregon Football has not had seen a Top 45 California Talent over the last few seasons. While the Ducks will have to wait another season, Sean Dollars decision to come to Oregon was simple. He will be playing with two former players from Rancho Cucamonga High School. Thomas Graham and Jaylon Redd are already on the field for the Oregon Ducks.

The Ducks were in need to fill a slot at Running Back for 2019. Tony Brooks-James is entering his Senior season and despite the talent already on the roster, Dollars is the type of player that can make everyone else around him better.

The Oregon Football Defense added a key piece for the future in Jeremiah Cridell who could easily find his way onto the field in his Freshman season. With the addition of Cridell and Dollars, Oregon maintains its place at the top of the Pac-12 Recruiting for the 2019 Recruiting Class.

Head Coach Mario Cristobal had rebuilt the pipeline into California for Oregon Football. The Ducks have found a link to the recruiting hotbed at Mater Dei High School once again and has worked at building the future of the program with a ‘ground up’ approach. Players have bought into what Cristobal has brought to the program.

The commitment of Sean Dollars gives Oregon Football their second commitment from the top Running Back in the last four seasons. Taj Griffin was the top ball carrier at his position in the Class of 2015.

Oregon Football now has nine commitments for the Class of 2019. Four of them are 4-Star commits including Sean Dollars, and Jeremiah Cridell. they are joined by Linebacker Mase Funa and Defensive Tackle Keyon Ware-Hudson as keys to helping Oregon rebuild into a Pac-12 and National Championship contender.
