NFL Analysts are high on one Quarterback this season and he plays for Oregon Football.

Entering last season, Oregon Quarterback Justin Herbert saw National Attention because of his size and strength. NFL Analysts started the process of scouting him the season prior despite a rough performance to start his collegiate career in a blowout loss at home to the Washington Huskies. Last season, as a Sophomore, Herbert opened the season well helping the team to a 6-1 start and a big win over Josh Allen and Wyoming. Allen would be one of the top selections of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Fast forward a year and now with the season set to start in less than two months, it is Justin Herbert who has become the talk of NFL Circles as the Player to Watch this season at Quarterback according to NFL Analysts.

According to Lance Zeirlein from NFL.com, Herbert is the number one Quarterback to watch entering the upcoming season. Herbert last year was on pace for big things before a collarbone injury cost him five weeks midway through the year. While the team made a bowl game, his starts were more to get back into the flow of the game than being himself – or what Oregon fans have been accustomed to over the last few seasons.

Herbert has the height to go along with a solid arm that has had pinpoint accuracy when he has been on the field over the last two seasons for Oregon Football. This is one of the things that Zeirlein notes in his piece. Of course, the big question will then be – Will Herbert play his Senior season with Oregon next year or depart for the NFL? That is a question for another day.

Several other Quarterbacks of note made the list including former Oregon Football Recruit Tua Tagovialoa along with Arizona Wildcats Quarterback Jalil Tate.

Entering 2018, Oregon is still going to be somewhat under the radar after a lackluster finish last season. Herbert could easily put them into contention and continue opening eyes with big performances in September.
