The Tennessee Titans did not look good against the Baltimore Ravens Sunday as Marcus Mariota had more sacks against him than passing completions.

Marcus Mariota has had to adjust from College to the National Football League. Entering the weekend, he had the Tennessee Titans in a good position this season, but that all unraveled against the Baltimore Ravens leaving more questions than answers in a lopsided and ugly 21-0 loss to the Ravens.

The day for the former Oregon Football Quarterback did not go well. His protection broke down on nearly every play against an overpowering Baltimore Defense. On the day he was sacked 11 times(that was not a typo). 11. He completed just 10 passes on Sunday afternoon while being on the wrong side of the record books. For the Ravens, it set a franchise record and was also the second most in an NFL Game.

The Titans allowed nine sacks in the first five games of the season against their Quarterback. Baltimore took care of that and added two more. So now, the big question. We know Mariota injured his elbow earlier this season. We know that he came back and led the team to wins against Jacksonville and also the Philadelphia Eagles.

My main question: Is Mariota having an issue finding his wide receivers(is it a timing thing?) or is his Offensive Line not good enough (to give him the time to either get out of the pocket with his legs and get the job done to keep drives alive?)

Honestly, I am thinking the latter applies more in this case. Despite the loss, this season is by no means over. Tennessee needs to take care of business against Divisional opponents.

While the loss to Baltimore is still a loss, it will not eaffectthe AFC South Race.

Week 7 will see the Tennessee Titans face a big challenge with one of the hottest teams in the NFL in the Los Angeles Chargers.

Not only will they have to scheme against LA, but they will also have to travel to London to play the game.

Tennesee and Los Angeles kickoff at 6:35pm Pacific Time on CBS.
