The Oregon Ducks have had their share of ups and downs, but are peaking at the right time this season. Oregon went into Corvallis and beat Oregon State 3-1. The win ties Oregon with USC for a second place finish. Oregon started the week ranked 21st, but a win at Washington moved them up in the RPI rankings, which are used to determine the home sites of the first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament. Of course, it was an unofficial move, but the win over Oregon State could and should put them into the conversation of hosting, that along with their 2nd place finish in the Pac-12 Conference this season.
Oregon Volleyball will find out where they are playing on Sunday. The NCAA Tournament Selection Show is set for 5:30 pm Pacific Time on ESPNU.
