Oregon Ducks Shooting Goes Cold In Second Half, Falling To USC
The Oregon Ducks opened the game with a five-point lead, but once USC found their Offense, it was over for the Ducks.
The USC Trojans took the lead with about 10 minutes left in the first half and never looked back. They took a 30-25 lead into halftime. Despite 13 turnovers that turned into 21 points for the Oregon Ducks, Dana Altman watched his team hit just 1 for 10 from three-point range in the second half missing opportunities to get back into the game.
Benny Boatwright scored 20 points and was front and center into the second half whenever the Oregon Ducks attempted to close the gap. Oregon shot 33 percent from the field and 19 percent from beyond the arc. It was another game of inconsistency for the Ducks. Despite the loss Louis King played with a hand injury scoring 16 points to lead the Ducks.
