Oregon Basketball: Ducks Face Another Test vs Seton Hall
Oregon Basketball faces another big test facing Seton Hall in the Battle 4 Atlantis on Wednesday night in the Bahamas.
The Oregon Ducks have already played several teams with height this season in both Houston and Memphis. Oregon beat both teams and were able to stay out of foul trouble. On Wednesday night, they face a more experienced big team that will come with defensive rim protection and rebounds will play a larger part.
In the first ten minutes against Houston last week at Matthew Knight Arena, the Ducks were out rebounded 15 to 6. In the end it was more respectable and Dana Altman watched his team pull away for the win in the second half. Oregon is now 5-0 on the season and remained ranked 11th in the Associated Press poll this week.

Seton Hall brings two big men to the Bahamas. Seton Hall Senior Guard Miles Powell said spoke about the importance of the game vs Oregon, ““We’re battle tested. We’re not going to see anything we haven’t seen already.”
It will be a challege for Oregon to get Payton Pritchard and Anthony Mathis involved early in the game. If Mathis is able to find long range shots that fall, the Ducks should find success. Inside shots may be at more of a premium vs a bigger Seton Hall lineup. I expect that Altman will go with a small lineup and focus more on skill along with Francis Okoro. Oregon will likely have all of their players on the court.
In games like this Shakur Juiston could find success. Juiston has been a key player in getting the Ducks to 5-0 this season. He is averaging 9 points, and 5 rebounds while quietly hitting 47 percent from the floor.
Oregon and Seton Hall tipoff Wednesday night at 6:30 pm in the Battle 4 Atlantis on ESPN2.
