It's official, the Oregon Ducks are one of just two schools remaining on Jared Curtis' list of potential landing spots. The five-star quarterback from the class of 2026 announced that he was down to Oregon and the Georgia Bulldogs for his potential future team.
Curtis, who had official visits scheduled with the Ducks, Bulldogs, Auburn Tigers, and South Carolina Gamecocks, canceled his OVs with Auburn and Georgia and is still planning Oregon and Georgia over the upcoming summer.
Just a few months ago, Curtis decommitted for the Bulldogs after initially committing to the program in March of 2024. Now, he will visit the Ducks on June 6 and will visit Georgia just one week later.

Curtis is rapidly approaching his senior season as one of the most highly sought-after prospects in the class. He has been the starting quarterback for his team, Nashville Christian School, since 2022 and has built quite an impressive resume since then.
Over his freshman and sophomore seasons, Curtis amassed 303 completions for 4,807 passing yards and 52 touchdowns. The dual-threat quarterback, who has a similar playing style to former Oregon QB Bo Nix, also ran for 1,024 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns on the ground.
As Curtis' senior season loads, the Ducks are fighting to steal him away from the Georgia Bulldogs, who are significantly closer to his hometown. However, Oregon head coach Dan Lanning and "that team out west" have had an impressive streak of bringing in some of the top quarterbacks in the country.
The Ducks, who will kick off their 2025 season on Aug. 30, are expected to start former UCLA starting quarterback Dante Moore following the departure of star QB Dillon Gabriel to the NFL Draft.
